What You'll DoLead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered resident care
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Oversee clinical systems including MDS, care planning, and documentation
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team on operations and resident outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa (or compact state), or ability to obtain Iowa licensure prior to start
5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, MDS, compliance, and quality measures
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Compensation
Starting salary: $85,000 annually, with significant upward flexibility based on experience and proven leadership performance
Quarterly performance bonus - strong earning potential tied to quality and operational outcomes
Full-time position
