Required Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certified is prefered
  
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Two years of related experience.
  
  
  

Essential Functions:

• Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guest’s needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time.
• Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs.
• Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff schedule worked hours.
• Assists the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff.
• Records employee attendance and communicates with DON and ADON when issues arise.
• Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility.
• May be assigned temporary or long term assignments in various departments.
