Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests on our Night Shift, including but not limited to:
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
