To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
- As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field;
- Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting;
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
