To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
Seeking candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or similar field), and two (2) years of experience in a H.R. role, preferably in a health care setting. Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and PHR or SPHR certification is preferable. But we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
