Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Milbank by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting, and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota license to practice.
- Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting.
- Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
- Must reside in Milbank or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to the Milbank, South Dakota area.
