Responsibilities
Provides surgical assessment and treatment for patients requiring colorectal surgery services.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent
Completion of General Surgery residence
Board Certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery
Board fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery or equivalent experience
.
Licensure
Medical License, DEA, BLS for the applicable state
Membership on LPH Medical Staff
CPR certification
ATLS preferred
