Licensed Practical Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Schedule: Full Time
Location: Manchester, TN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report significant changes.
• Complete required assessments, documentation, and charting.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the assigned shift.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Follow infection-control practices and all applicable federal, state, and facility policies.
• Promote a respectful, safe, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent resident care.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
