Pay: $17–$18/hour
Status: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Parts Department Support

• Greet customers and assist with parts lookups and recommendations
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization
• Process orders, returns, and special requests
• Support technicians with timely parts pulls

Service Department Support

• Answer service-related questions and schedule appointments
• Create repair orders and check customers in/out
• Communicate updates between technicians and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience
• Passion for motorcycles (Harley-Davidson knowledge a plus!)
• Previous retail, parts, or service counter experience preferred
