Full-Time MotorClothes Retail Sales Associate

Legacy Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team!

This is a full-time position with potential for advancement for the right person. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is ready to become part of a fast-paced dealership environment.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following regular schedule:

Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers with Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes, apparel, accessories, gifts, and other merchandise
• Recommend additional products and inform customers of current promotions and new merchandise
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with special orders, online orders, and customer pickups
• Receive, price, stock, and organize merchandise
• Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory counts and other inventory-related duties
• Help with dealership events, H.O.G. activities, open houses, promotions, and other special events
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
• Complete assigned Harley-Davidson University (HDU) training
• Work cooperatively with other departments and team members

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with others
• Retail sales and/or merchandising experience preferred
• Harley-Davidson® or motorcycle industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable learning point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
• Professional appearance and attitude

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and move around the sales floor for the majority of the shift
• Able to occasionally bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Some outdoor work may be required during dealership events
