Compensation & Perks
- $60,000 annual salary
- Production bonuses
- Company vehicle after 6 months (take-home)

Your Role (Think “Quarterback”)
You’ll be responsible for keeping the offense moving and the team aligned:
- Calling the daily plays (scheduling & job flow)
- Coordinating the crew and making sure everyone knows their assignment
- Ordering materials and keeping jobs running smoothly
- Checking in on job sites and quality of work
- Communicating clearly with crews, vendors, and management
- Helping build better systems, playbooks (SOPs), and processes
At first, you’ll be hands-on in a crew-lead-style role to learn how the field operates. As the company grows, you’ll transition fully into the Operations Manager role — running the day-to-day while ownership focuses on vision, partnerships, and growth.
