Job Description
The Entitlement Specialist or Project Manager is an experienced position at Legacy Group Capital that will support and collaborate with the Real Estate Team’s underwriting, entitlement, project management, and sales processes. A successful applicant has a positive attitude, is familiar with commonly used project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Smartsheet, Dropbox, etc.), and is committed to provide timely communication and excellent customer service. ~5years of experience in real estate, permitting, and/or construction is required.
Applicant should have some level of knowledge and experience in the following areas:
1. Applying the Zoning code
2. Determine the type of permit requirements according to the project scope
3. Utility design
4. Grading and site design elements
5. Architectural knowledge
Job Description:
1. Drive entitlement efforts though the design and permitting process
2. Kick off projects
3. Set and drive project schedule
4. Problem solves site issues with code research
5. Coordination with consultants and jurisdictions
6. Collaborate with the Real Estate Team on development opportunities
7. Collaborate with Real Estate Team on feasibility efforts
8. Research and resolve issues that arise during the permitting process
9. Value engineer architectural, utility and grading to ensure all cost-effective measure have been considered
10. Elevate issues that arise with jurisdictions
11. Review easements and covenants to determine correctness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
