✅ 80% of your time is spent coaching and leading staff in person
✅ 20% focused on community involvement and administration
✅ Reports to Regional Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer (Required)
- 3–5 years of funeral director experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to balance day-to-day operations with big-picture thinking
