Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time hybrid role based in Huntington, WV, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. In this position, the agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance products, including Final Expense, Term Life, Whole Life, IULs, Annuities, and Medicare plans. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, completing applications, and following up to ensure policy issuance and client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, educating them on policy options and coverage details, and providing ongoing support for claims and policy changes. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners, stay current on industry trends and product updates, and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively consult with clients and close suitable policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Finance to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage and financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide ongoing support to policyholders.
- Active or obtainable state insurance license (Life and Health) in West Virginia, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records and documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort discussing financial and insurance concepts.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required; training and mentorship may be provided.
