Role Description
The ideal Financial Advisor has an existing book of client relationships and is looking to grow their business through additional clients that the firm will entrust to them. Further, the firm will provide a pipeline of prospective client referrals to the Advisor, who will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning and advice to clients, assisting with retirement planning, and offering investment management solutions sourced from our comprehensive platform. The role involves assessing clients’ financial situations, crafting customized financial strategies, recommending suitable investment solutions, and providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their financial goals. Regular client interaction and collaboration with the firm’s investment management team will be integral to this position. This role is full-time, with the preferred candidate on-site or able to travel to the home office occasionally in Covington, KY.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services
- Strong understanding of Finance and Investments
- Expertise in Retirement Planning and creating long-term strategies for clients
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) preferred
- Existing base of client relationships preferred ($20 million AUM)
