Job Description
Legacy Facility Services is hiring a reliable Turn Technician / General Laborer to assist with apartment unit turns in the Flowery Branch / Gainesville area.
This is hands-on work focused on flooring demo, drywall prep, and painting. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, follow direction, and take pride in solid, efficient work.
Responsibilities
- Carpet & vinyl removal (demo)
- Trash outs and haul-off
- Drywall patching, sanding, and caulking
- Interior wall painting (rolling)
- Minor trim/baseboard repair
Requirements
- Some experience with drywall patching and/or painting
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, demo, hauling)
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up consistently and works hard
- Able to follow direction and work efficiently
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$24/hour, based on experience
- Consistent work available (5–7 units/month and growing)
- Work based in Hall County, GA / Gainesville, GA area
