Senior Sales Executive – Digital Banking Software

To support this growth, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across regional and community financial institutions. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive new enterprise software sales to regional and community banks and credit unions ($2–$10B AUM).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for a defined list of named prospects.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements from discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and pre-sales to align customer needs with platform capabilities.
  • Apply disciplined MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor to financial institutions seeking digital transformation.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue goals and pipeline growth metrics.


Qualifications


  • 10 years of enterprise software sales experience with a background in digital banking, fintech, or financial services software.
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions and managing long, complex deal cycles.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong character and team-first mentality; competitive, collaborative, and humble.
  • Proven ability to engage senior banking executives and navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Location: Central US preferred. Other US locations near major hubs may also be considered.
