Job Description

As a Paramedic at Legacy EMS, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to emergency calls and assessing the medical needs of patients.
• Administering necessary medical treatments and interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Transporting patients to medical facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and emergency response teams.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Currently certified as a paramedic in the state of Colorado.
• Nationally Registered Paramedic.
• CPR certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a thorough background screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position works 24 hour shifts.
