Experienced Dry Cleaning Presser
Legacy Dry Cleaners is looking for an experienced dry cleaning presser to join our production team. Approximately 25 hours per week $15.50-$16.25 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who already has experience working in a dry cleaning or garment-care production environment. Pant-pressing experience is preferred. Experienced utility/miscellaneous pressers are encouraged to apply and may be trained in pant pressing. This position is not intended for someone with no previous pressing experience.
Responsibilities -
Press pants and other garments according to our quality standards.
Work efficiently as part of a production team. Assist with other pressing duties as needed.
Once pressing is complete, work as a team to finish assembling and bagging garments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Help ensure all garments are completed accurately and on time.
Production Schedule Production begins Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM and concludes once all pressing and bagging is complete for the day. There is no set end time, as the length of the production day depends on the amount of work to be completed.
The ideal candidate will have previous professional pressing experience, be dependable, work well with a team, have good attention to detail, and take pride in producing quality work. If you have previous experience as a pant presser, utility presser, or miscellaneous presser in a dry cleaning operation, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
