Sales Consultant

We are actively seeking a driven and professional Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who excel in face to face environments and are motivated by building relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering measurable results.

As a Sales Consultant, you will represent our clients’ products and services directly to customers, focusing on telecommunications solutions including phone, TV, and internet services. This position plays a key role in both customer acquisition and long-term account management.

Compensation

• Annual average income: $50,000–$60,000
• Additional earning potential through performance-based bonuses
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Consistent weekly schedule, may include weekends based on client campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts through face to face interactions
• Present and explain telecommunications products and services in a clear, professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Execute sales presentations in retail locations, events, or assigned territories
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized account records
• Monitor individual performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support overall office performance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer experience
