⚽ Position Overview
Legacy Blaze FC is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable Soccer Coach to lead and develop players in our youth program. The ideal candidate is committed to long-term player development, strong communication with families, and contributing positively to our club culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
- Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills
- Coach and manage team performance during league games and tournaments
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented team environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership
- Attend coaches meetings and club development sessions
- Support club events, camps, and clinics as needed
✅ Qualifications
- Prior coaching experience (club, high school, or collegiate level preferred)
- Playing experience at competitive level (preferred)
- Appropriate coaching license (USSF or equivalent preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for youth player development
- Background check clearance (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
