Overview

At Legacy Course Solutions, we don’t hire supervisors, we build leaders. We are looking for someone who treats every project as if their name is on the sign at the entrance. Someone who takes ownership, not because someone is watching, but because that’s who they are. If you’re looking for a place to simply clock in and collect a paycheck, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you’re looking for an opportunity to help build one of the premier golf course irrigation companies in Texas and surrounding states while being rewarded for your leadership, craftsmanship, and initiative, we’d love to meet you.

  • Identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and daily reports.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all work meets Legacy Course Solutions standards of excellence.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections.
  • Verify installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Never allow “good enough” when excellence is achievable.

  • Represent Legacy Course Solutions professionally at all times.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges clearly.
  • Help identify future opportunities for work while maintaining trusted client relationships.

Business Development

  • Recognize opportunities for additional services.
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
  • Protect and strengthen Legacy Course Solutions’ reputation throughout the golf industry.

Communication & Integrity

  • Maintain consistent communication with ownership.
  • Bring potential problems forward early—not after they become emergencies.
  • Provide honest project updates, budget concerns, and scheduling recommendations.
  • Demonstrate integrity in every decision, even when no one is watching.

We believe great leaders should be rewarded for the value they create. That’s why we’ve built a compensation program that recognizes initiative, quality craftsmanship, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth—not just years of service.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer performance-based incentives, including:

  • Project Completion Bonuses
  • Profitability & Efficiency Bonuses
  • Business Development & Client Referral Bonuses
  • Annual Leadership & Excellence Bonuses
  • Opportunities for additional discretionary performance rewards for exceptional contributions

We are committed to creating a workplace where hard work, integrity, and leadership are recognized and rewarded. As our company continues to grow, so will the opportunities for advancement, increased responsibility, and higher earning potential.

If you are someone who leads with integrity, takes ownership without being asked, thinks ahead, communicates openly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work, we invite you to become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.
