Responsibilities
- Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct outbound cold calls as needed
- Manage projects from initial consultation through completed installation
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently throughout the sales process
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the construction, countertop, or interior design industry preferred
- We provide on-the-job training
- Hourly base plus commission, with total compensation potential of $80,000–$120,000 annually
