About the Role
Mission: Create exceptional first impressions, guide prospective clients with empathy and confidence, and help qualified families begin working with our firm.
As our Client Intake & Sales Specialist, you will be the first voice many prospective clients hear when they contact Legacy Counsel.
Your mission is to create an outstanding client experience while confidently guiding qualified prospective clients to schedule a paid consultation with one of our attorneys.
You’ll combine exceptional customer service with disciplined follow-up and consultative sales skills to help families confidently take the first step toward protecting the people and assets they care about most.
What You’ll Do
Client Intake & Consultation Scheduling
- Welcome prospective clients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Build rapport and earn trust during the initial conversation.
- Identify each caller’s legal needs.
- Explain our consultation process, fees, and next steps.
- Schedule paid consultations.
- Help prospective clients feel confident about choosing our firm.
Client Communication
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Return missed calls quickly.
- Confirm appointments.
- Conduct thoughtful follow-up with prospective clients who have not yet scheduled or completed payment.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain complete and accurate records in our client management system.
- Document every client interaction thoroughly.
- Track prospective clients through each stage of the intake process.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Continuous Improvement
- Follow proven systems and communication scripts.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
- Learn new technology and software.
- Help improve our client intake systems over time.

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, banking, financial services, or another client-facing profession is highly valued.
Prior law firm experience is helpful but not required.

Three months after joining our team, you:
- confidently guide prospective clients through their first interaction with our firm;
- consistently convert qualified callers into scheduled consultations;
- ensure every prospective client receives timely follow-up;
- maintain complete and accurate documentation;
- contribute ideas that improve our client experience and systems;
- are trusted by the attorneys and staff to represent the firm with professionalism and care.
