The Grain Location Manager leads the operations of a grain facility with a focus on excellence, safety, and service. Operations Management: They manage grain handling processes, including receiving, storing, blending, and shipping grain.

Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and support their team toward achieving shared goals. Key responsibilities include:

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Agri-Business Management or other business/agriculture related field of study (6-7-9 years of related job experience may substitute for education).
- 3-5 years of industry experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in team leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in Profit & Loss Statement responsibility.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Commercial driver’s license (Class A) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- HAZMAT, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn business accounting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of industry experience.
- 7-9 years of experience in supervision.
- 7-9 years of experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- 3 years experience as a Grain Location Manager.
- Agricultural cooperative or agriculture related experience.
