The General Labor, plays an important role in ensuring that the operations of the coop’s facility are effective and efficient so products and services can be provided in a manner that adds value to the member.

Reporting Relationship

This position as an Agronomy Team Member and reports to the Agronomy Location Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• 1 year working with heavy equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of agricultural cooperative or agricultural experience.
• 1 year of Agronomy experience.
• Commercial driver’s license (Class A) or ability to obtain commercial driver’s license within 30 days.
• HAZMAT, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements or ability to obtain within 30 days.
