What are the responsibilities and job description for the GRAIN LAB TECHNICIAN - SEASONAL position at Legacy Coop?
Legacy Coop in Alliance is looking for a SEASONAL grain lab technician.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate truck scales, grain probe, and grading equipment.
Handle customer calls, walk-ins, and inquiries. Must be able to greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Assist the Grain Department Manager in managing truck and rail grain shipments.
Maintain accurate grain-related records and documents and maintain a working knowledge of grain industry requirements and standards.
Assist the Grain Department Manager and team in establishing and communicating grain marketing policies and company grain policies and procedures.
Address customer complaints, review them with the Grain Department Manager and/or Merchandiser and resolve them promptly.
Promote the image of the cooperative and uphold cooperative policies, credit policies, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Hourly Wage, Varies and DOE.
