Legacy Connections Inc. is a sales and development firm in Oklahoma City that supports Stand for the Silent, a charity on a mission to end youth bullying and prevent teen suicide. We are adding an Entry Level Event Associate to our sales team. The Entry Level Event Associate attends events, meets with clients in person, and communicates the charity's impact in a way that moves our clients to act.
As an Entry Level Event Associate, you're not just learning to run events; you're learning to run with a mission. Our training program covers sales engagement, client acquisition, and event operations, all while you engage our clients in person at events. The Entry Level Event Associate also works with clients in person, building confidence that only comes from experience.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Event Associate
- Represent charitable organizations in person by introducing their mission through meaningful, relationship-driven sales conversations.
- Welcome our clients in person with fundraising initiatives that create measurable community impact.
- Share inspiring stories about charitable programs in person to encourage client participation and long-term community support.
- Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and sales materials to create an engaging client experience.
- Guide supporters through sales registrations while ensuring accurate client information and account details.
- Build positive relationships with new and returning clients through professional follow-up and client-focused sales engagement.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Event Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine passion for sales, charity, or customer service is a plus.
- Adaptable team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to grow.
- Polished demeanor that helps create welcoming atmospheres at sales events.
- Ability to stay focused and supportive in fast-paced or high-energy sales environments.
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,600.00 per month
