Responsibilities
- Operate concrete boom pumps to place concrete accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and comply with all job site safety regulations.
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to designated areas.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, concrete suppliers, and other team members to coordinate pumping operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
- Set up and break down equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating concrete boom pumps not required.
- If candidate has no experience, candidate must be willing to complete an approximate 4 - 6 weeks training program.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle operation.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or overtime.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on site.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
- Reliable, punctual, and excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
