- Perform thorough physical examinations and document findings with accuracy

- Collaborate with supervising physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide and personalize patient care plans
- Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure their voices are central to care decisions
- Deliver tailored clinical therapy and treatment to meet individual patient needs
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and relevant committees
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through training and professional development programs
- Support extended clinic hours, on-call programs, and triage calls when required
- Refer complex cases to supervising physicians or specialists for additional expertise
- Ensure safe operation of medical equipment and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with colleagues and patients alike
- Current license from the Texas Board of Nursing, showcasing a commitment to professional standards
- Completion of a program at an accredited school, exemplifying a dedication to academic excellence
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for FQHC clinic settings, providing a solid foundation in community healthcare
- Proficiency in managing multiple deadlines with a strategic prioritization approach, ensuring operational efficiency
