Manager - Community Relations (Job Overview)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Weekends As Needed | Hybrid

As a Community Relations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to build meaningful relationships with community partners and drive new patient acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and motivate prospects for new patient acquisition in assigned regions
• Provide territory insights to assist in strategic development and growth initiatives
• Develop and implement growth strategies for target markets and service lines
• Expand Legacy's reach by managing external activities in new markets
• Create an annual outreach strategy aligned with clinic goals
• Build and nurture relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
• Manage professional relationships to enhance Legacy's service positioning
• Implement referral programming and manage external provider relations
• Utilize account management software to organize outreach efforts
• Design and execute onsite events to attract new clients
• Represent Legacy publicly and recruit new patients at local events

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Three years' experience in account management in a professional setting
• Ability to work weekend and evening hours, as needed
• Experience in health care industry, account management, business development and/or marketing
• High level of understanding of health care industry and health insurance environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate internal and external relationships
• Ability to track progress of job tasks, responsibilities, and goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Willingness to learn new software
• Strong written, verbal and oral communication skills
• Social networking experience preferred
• Fluent in English/Spanish preferred
