Job Description
This position requires an experienced Family Medicine Healthcare Professional to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will work autonomously and collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Initiate patient assessments, from focused to comprehensive, depending on the setting.
- Cultivate effective relationships with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues to create a professional environment.
- Participate in quality assurance programs, audits, and committee activities to enhance healthcare quality.
- Maintain current knowledge in the field of practice and share insights with staff.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Texas advanced practice license.
