Bilingual Front Office Clerk - Float (West Region) - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and direct them appropriately
• Welcome clients and ensure they are promptly attended to by the appropriate staff
• Accurately enter patient information into our systems
• Support the volunteer coordinator in managing volunteers effectively
• Adhere to appointment and scheduling procedures as outlined by management
• Manage client payments following established cash handling procedures
• Efficiently perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized clinic lobby
• Process lab results following the directions of the Practice Manager
• Engage actively in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance service quality
• Show respect and consideration to all patients, families, visitors, and staff
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Operate equipment and perform procedures safely and correctly
• Report any safety concerns immediately and participate in safety training

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice
• Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once
• Efficient and accurate data-entry skills
• Computer literacy and multi-line phone or switchboard experience
• Basic math, alphabetical or numerical filing knowledge may be required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
