Job Description
Now Hiring: Lead Chiropractor for a Fun, Wellness-Focused Office!
Are you a licensed chiropractor with a passion for helping people feel their best — and a knack for running the show? We’re looking for a confident, caring, and motivated chiropractor to take the lead at our upbeat, patient-centered clinic!
About Us:
We’re not your average chiropractic office. Our space is warm, welcoming, and filled with good energy (and lots of happy patients!). We believe in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors — and that starts with the right team leader.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on pain management and overall wellness. Our office treats infants to our oldest at 95 years old. We focus on family wellness, accept insurance and have a small percentage of personal injury. You would be our lead chiropractor in the office with remote support and mentorship from the chiropractic owner and in office staff.
Dr. Shelby Lowe has worked for other chiropractors for over 6 years so she understands that finding the perfect job can be hard as a chiropractor. She built this office to avoid burnout with work life balance, support from staff and systems in place that allow easy flow in the office. If you are looking for a job that you can leave work at work, work 32 hours a week at full time, have fun treating patients, not work weekends AND get financially compensated if you see more patients - this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead patient care with confidence, compassion, and expertise
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations with support from our awesome team
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

✅ A go-getter interested in growing our already thriving office
✅ Great communicator with leadership skills
✅ Comfortable managing a team and making decisions
✅ Passionate about people - our patients mean the most to us
✅ Positive attitude and great energy — no stiff personalities here!

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary with the ability to manage personal injury patients to keep them on track for their case.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including documentation of treatments and patient responses.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and preventive care strategies.
- Stay updated with advancements in chiropractic care, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology.
- Proficiency in performing medical exams required for CDL drivers.
