Who We Need

We are seeking a high-level operator with:

• Proven leadership success in healthcare operations
• Strong business acumen and executive decision-making ability
• Experience managing large teams in complex healthcare settings

This is a salaried executive leadership position for someone committed to building something extraordinary.

Ideal Background

Preferred candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field strongly preferred)
• Advanced degree highly desirable (MBA, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Leadership, etc.)
• 5 years senior leadership experience in:

• Nursing home administration
• Assisted living leadership
• Developmental disabilities services
• Large healthcare operations (100 staff/clients preferred)

Strong preference given to candidates with:

• Experience in Developmental Disabilities services
• Knowledge of Ohio DD systems, compliance, and regulations
• Hands-on experience serving the DD population
• Success scaling healthcare organizations

Compensation

We are prepared to compensate competitively for the right leader.

• Base salary: $90,000 – $107,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses: $10,000 – $15,000 annually
• Growth incentives tied to company success
