Legacy Career Solutions is partnering with a well-established labor organization to hire a Temporary Office Assistant for its Contracts Administration Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional looking to gain experience with a respected organization while working in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
- Respond to emails and general inquiries from members, contractors, and internal staff
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
- Perform accurate data entry and verify information
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with document preparation and general administrative support
- Support the Contracts Administration team with special projects and other administrative duties
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- 1 year of office, administrative, receptionist, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced office
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
