Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with ALF and SNF facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, directors, and decision-makers
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to secure new contracts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales activity and performance
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Consistently securing new facility contracts
- Building long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Expanding company footprint across assigned territory
- Meeting or exceeding growth targets
- 3 years of business development, sales, or account management experience
- Experience in post-acute healthcare industry, senior care, or healthcare services strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a travel-based schedule
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, confident, and persistent approach to business development
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships in person
- Ability to convert relationships into long-term business partnerships
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, non-traditional approaches to identifying and securing new business opportunities
