Qualifications

· Comfortable learning technical product information and design software.
· Good judgment when handling client questions and determining when to involve a designer or company leader.
· Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
· Experience with CRM, project management, or design software is helpful but not required.
- Prior exposure to residential design, construction, or sales support is strongly preferred.

This position offers exposure to every stage of the design process, with opportunities to grow into an Associate Designer or Kitchen Designer role as experience and skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
New Client On-boarding
· Respond promptly and professionally to new project inquiries.
· Follow up with prospective clients after initial conversations, showroom visits, consultations, and proposals.
· Gather preliminary information about project
· Help schedule introductory calls, showroom consultations, and design meetings.
· Coordinate a smooth handoff from the initial inquiry to the assigned designer.
Design & Project Support
· Assist designers with drawings, revisions, presentations, and project documentation.
· Organize product specifications, samples, and materials for client meetings.
·Track project details, client approvals, and outstanding action items.
· Schedule design meetings, site visits, and consultations.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
· Follow up on outstanding selections, approvals, measurements, and project information.
· Help maintain project timelines during the design phase.
· Assist with project handoffs to estimating, technical review, and ordering
Administrative and Team Support
· Maintain accurate client and project information in company systems.
· Prepare routine correspondence, documents, and project updates.
· Assist with showroom organization, samples, and presentation materials.
· Support designers with day-to-day organization and follow-through.
· Help develop and maintain checklists, templates, onboarding materials, and internal processes.
· Provide general administrative support as needed to help the design team operate efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Ability to Commute:

- Leesburg, VA 20176: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
