Overview
We are seeking hard working and dedicated individuals to join our team as workers at our exciting, fun juice shop. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Preparing produce to be used to make juices, smoothies and bowls; regular cleaning and maintenance of the store and equipment, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with store policy; enter customer orders into the point of sale system; prepare customer orders in accordance with the provided recipes and in a timely manner; provide friendly and courteous customer service to all customers; follow the direction of those above you in the chain of command; and more. Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
- Preparing produce to be used to make juices, smoothies and bowls
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of the store and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with store policy
- Enter customer orders into the point of sale system
- Prepare customer orders in accordance with the provided recipes and in a timely manner
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service to all customers
- Follow the direction of those above you in the chain of command
Requirements
- Able to legally work in the United States.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
