Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Support & Relationship Management - Provide direct support to commercial and small business clients through various channels, assisting with product onboarding, account openings, and training. Collaborate closely with the department Director to establish and maintain customer touchpoints, including quarterly and annual reviews, and contribute to ongoing sales strategies. By resolving inquiries—including fraud-related issues—and recommending tailored solutions, you’ll build lasting relationships and help clients make the most of Legacy Bank’s treasury and cash management services.
- Treasury & Cash management Services - Support a suite of treasury services including ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Online Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Sweep Services (ZBA, Loan, Investment), and Online Banking Access. In addition, you’ll conduct annual security and underwriting reviews to ensure compliance with processing limits and risk ratings, and perform periodic file audits to maintain complete and accurate client documentation.
- Process Administration & Reporting - Document and maintain standard operating procedures, regularly review processes for NACHA and BSA compliance, and collaborate across departments to implement improvements. This includes preparing and analyzing reports, tracking service volumes, and ensuring accurate data for account analysis and service charging. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are essential to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery for both clients and the bank.
- Communication & Collaboration - Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and other financial institutions, addressing transaction concerns and escalating issues when needed. Engage with key vendors for ongoing support, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution. Your role includes sharing technical and procedural knowledge and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Training & Special Projects - Identify opportunities to provide consultation, identify new business needs, and recommend suitable products or services. Introducing new applications or procedures, and participating in special projects that enhance department performance. Your ability to clearly communicate and ensure task completion will be essential to success.

- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Treasury or Cash Management support within a financial institution.
- Bank experience preferred.
- Experience with residential or commercial banking operations will put you ahead.

Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
