Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our shipping and receiving operations. This is an administrative and coordination role — if you are organized, tech-comfortable, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
· Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
· Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish
· Respond to emails and coordinate scheduling with internal departments and external partners
· Scan, attach, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation in the company system
· Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
· Maintain organized, accurate records of all shipping and receiving activity
· Schedule delivery and pickup appointments
· Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments
· Support communication between Spanish-speaking staff and management
· Perform general administrative tasks in the shipping and receiving area
What We're Looking For:
· Bilingual — English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak both fluently)
· 1–2 years of administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred
· Comfortable using computers — email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
· Experience with scanners and document management
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable, professional, and a team player
