$21–$25 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment make-readies for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete preventive maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain the grounds and common areas as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance Big Plus
- Experience with work orders and apartment turns
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
