Pay: $800.00 per month (Guaranteed Stipend) $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (When called in)
Location: In-person (Single location, No remote)
Schedule Availability:
- Days Required: Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Notice: Minimum 6-hour advance notice provided prior to a shift. You must be available to pick up either day or night shift when called.
Job Description: Legacy AFH is hiring a dedicated On-Call LPN or RN for our specialized ventilator care home. We offer a guaranteed $800 monthly availability stipend just for being on call on Wednesdays and Thursdays—whether we need you to cover a shift or not. When called in, you will earn $45–$55/hour.
Medical and religious vaccine exemptions are accepted.
