Position Summary: This position is responsible for collaborating between high-net-worth clients, their trusted advisors and the Legacy team, to facilitate and deliver a superior client experience. As a Client Coordinator, you will be managing the new client transition process and maintaining ongoing client service, which will include providing or obtaining updated information, coordinating meetings with preferred staff and troubleshooting problems. Execution of client and firm-related tasks such as asset transfers, preparation of reports and ongoing support of their lifetime strategies will be required. You’ll play an integral part in helping our clients implement their overall planning strategies to ensure their plan is always aligned with their objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all tasks associated with getting a plan in place and keeping it up to date.
- Work with the internal team to facilitate a client’s transition to Legacy and deliver ongoing client service and support.
- Work directly with high-net-worth clients and their staff to assist them in completing and processing paperwork.
- Review client transactions and activities; prepare reports as needed.
- Compile paperwork/reports needed for client meetings and ongoing review.
- Initiate and track requests related to investment planning, money movement, account openings, check requests, etc.
- Communicate with clients, verbally and in writing. Maintain a strong working and supportive relationship.
- Deliver superior client service and troubleshoot problems.
- 3 years’ experience of client servicing and/or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
- “Client first” attitude and ability to build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others.
