We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager (8 years experience) to join our team of professionals. This position offers the opportunity for tremendous training, growth and upward mobility.

Requirements:
- Develop new business relationships & maintain existing relationships with clients, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service
- Manage & coordinate tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
- Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to process challenges
- Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture
- Provides top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules and pronouncements
- Manage, mentor & supervise staff on all aspects of income tax planning, preparation, filing and Financial Statement preparation
- Prepare Federal & State income tax returns, and tax planning, structure, research and compliance for Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Non-profits, Individuals and related entities
- Model taxable income projections for various scenarios
- Create and Review Prepared & Compiled Financial Statements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- MUST have 2 - 3 years of tax preparation experience
Qualifications:
- CPA License & strong technical tax research experience
- 8 years of Public Accounting experience
- Experience doing top-level review of income tax returns & financial statements
