We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, appreciates great food and service, and is eager to expand their knowledge of wine, spirits, and hospitality.
Whether you have previous serving experience or are eager to grow your skills, we value a positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Genuine enthusiasm and strong interest in hospitality and guest service.
- Desire to learn about wine, spirits, menu offerings, and professional service standards.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and weekly knowledge assessments.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Availability during Christmas break. Lefty's is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Ability to work the usual Thursday–Saturday schedule, approximately 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to carry items weighing up to 40 lbs up a flight of approximately 20 stairs.
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with restaurant service throughout a shift.
Dress Code & Professional Appearance
- Clean, black dress shoes.
- Collared shirt.
- Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Willingness to follow Lefty's established dress code and presentation standards.
