Responsibilities
- Manage a varied bankruptcy caseload, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding debt relief options, creditor negotiations, and bankruptcy procedures.
- Draft legal documents including petitions, schedules, motions, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with creditors to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all procedural rules and ethical standards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 processes. Onsite Job training adn legal assistance provided from Managing Partner and Attorneys
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with legal research tools and case management software in a fast-paced law office environment.
