LRGRS is a growing, boutique law firm, seeking to hire a paralegal for the foreclosure department.
The ideal candidate for this position should be familiar with bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, reviewing title searches, security deeds and notes, drafting foreclosure letters and documents, reviewing bankruptcy petitions, drafting legal pleadings in bankruptcy cases and general litigation motions. Must be able to multitask.
