Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH for a Residential Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering tailored sales presentations, and building strong relationships with residential clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers, understanding their needs, recommending services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Residential Sales Representative will also maintain records of customer interactions and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Presentations with proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Experience in New Business Development and Residential Real Estate
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present solutions effectively
- Ability to perform site assessments and accurately determine customer needs and service options
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in an on-site setting
- Knowledge of tree care or landscaping services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations within the Cincinnati area
