Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, assessing structural integrity, systems, and overall condition.
- Utilize blueprint reading and schematics to understand building plans and construction details for accurate evaluations.
- Perform quality control and quality inspection checks throughout the inspection process to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collect data systematically during inspections, documenting findings clearly and precisely for detailed reporting.
- Analyze construction site conditions, construction management practices, and adherence to contracts to identify potential issues or risks.
- Review construction plans, schematics, and pipeline layouts to verify proper installation and identify areas requiring attention.

Qualifications
- Valid license as a Home Inspector with proven experience in construction inspection or related fields.
